    House sold on first day of marketing.

    Dixons set out exactly what they would do and they did it, simple as that! Their approach is pro-active. We had viewings & offers on the day we signed the marketing agreement. We were kept informed of progress.

    I paid Dixons for a fully managed service, something that I didn’t receive at all. At one stage I was sent a letter stating I’d been charged for work that had been carried out at a particular date, this was untrue. I also experienced a poor customer service whenever I got in touch with the branch. I was also charged for a fully managed checkout, when my new tenants moved in 3 months later, there was a mountain of rubbish left in the garage and had an infestation of fleas.

    Review the way you work with your Landlords.

    I am not happy with them they have cocked up our invoices and sent us the wrong amount twice. Also I had to ask what rent they were charging the tenants as we have not had a copy of the tenancy agreement. I have left messages for them to ring me back and they do not.

    Could not fault the service.

    Extremely efficient, well trained staff. From my first telephone call to the day of exchange the staff were all 100% on my case. Faye, Adam and Emma particularly. Personal, friendly and helpful. The branch was very "joined up", messages were passed on and calls returned. When urgent action was needed it happened. Could not fault the whole transaction.

    Professional estate agents

    Professional from the start to the finish. Very good team. There are cheaper internet based estate agents but as in life you get what you pay for and we were very pleased with the professional service we had from Dixons
