My service feedback with Sales
They advised us well & got us a good price for my fathers house. They were 'on the ball' as far as possible buyers were concerned & were very easy to deal with. As the house sold before it was even advertised I can't say much more.Customer Relations Team 11-Oct-2017

Dixons? NEVER again.
The agreement to use Dixons was a hastily signed document on a Saturday afternoon, with the adolescent estate agent having to be asked to look round my house. ("Oh no, I know what these sort of houses look like")....My house was not marketed, no sign etc.- the buyer was more or less lined up. Dixons omitted to encourage me to get the EPC done (and apparently the house shouldn't have even been marketed without it). From the moment I accepted the offer, there was little to no contact from Dixons... even when I suggested that it was in their interest to 'find me a house'. At the point when we were about to move and the date fell through- there was no liaising between me, our buyer and the solicitors until I phoned Dixons and demanded that they 'earn their money'... That was a VERY easy £3K Dixons just earned from me. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.Customer Relations Team 22-Sep-2017

Sold quickly ... but then the service stopped
The selling part was great, lots of viewings & real positivity on behalf of the agent but the after sales progression effort was minimal to say the least. It ended up with me doing most of the chasing and liaising with the other parties in the chain and having to update Dixins rather than the other way around. For over 3k I'd have expected a better follow up service from them. Down to this I wouldn't use them again.Customer Relations Team 22-Sep-2017
